Faith, family, and service have shaped every chapter of my life. I’m a devoted husband, hands-on father of four, and a youth soccer coach who believes leadership starts at home and carries into everything we do. After a 20+ year career in the U.S. Army leading Soldiers and managing personnel systems, one truth has stuck with me: people are the greatest asset in any organization. I also witnessed how HR, despite being the backbone of culture, compliance, and continuity, is often the most under-optimized part of business.

That’s why I founded Trustform AI with a mission to integrate artificial intelligence into HR systems responsibly and intentionally. I focus on helping forward-thinking companies build future-ready workforces through smarter automation, measurable ROI, and above all human-centered design. Today, as an Executive Search Consultant, I apply the same structure, discipline, and empathy from my military experience to help businesses identify and onboard AI-skilled leaders who elevate culture while embracing innovation.

Our brand colors were inspired by sunsets, God’s quiet reminder that even transitions can be beautiful. In those still moments, I find reflection, balance, and clarity.
